Great location. Easy parking garage and skywalk to the hotel. Really clean rooms. Coffee. Great breakfast. .

Friendly staff, and helpful.

Under renovation-no restaurant, no pool, no walkway to convention center.

There was no staff on the premises only security. When you needed something you had to reach out through a phone number. It was odd.

The staff was very nice. We liked the convenience for Ohayocon. Being so close made it so easy.

The heat. We had to change rooms to get a room with heat. That is crazy.

I didn’t like how the heat didn’t work. I checked in at 4pm for a funeral. Turned the heat up to 74 by the time I returned my room was freezing cold still turned the heat up again to 80 the room never got hot or even warm at that. I checked out at 3am cause it was too cold in the room.

The view was nice and the cleaning was excellent.

No microwave, the coffee pot didn't work, I couldn't check in properly, I couldn't check out properly, I checked out early and they were gonna charged me a late fee for over staying, pretty bad, need counter help.

Nothing. The entire place is under construction the restaurant is closed and NONE OF THIS IS MENTIONED ON THE WEBSITE

See above. The whole place is under construction. I went in my room and it looked someone had been working in there 15 minutes earlier. I turned around and walked back to the girl downstairs and asked for my money back. It would be one thing if the website said something about the restaurant be closed the construction or the fact that you can’t enter the hotel from the garage walkway which caused me the navigate 3 flights of stairs with my luggage. Never mind I have a heart condition

The room size and free amenitites

There is no staff around, the remote in my room did not turn off so I needed to unplug the TV and couldn't use it

Concrete floors in the room. The bathroom door doesn't close well. The soap dispensers were empty.

I like the updates in the room

The breakfast. I didn't see a staff in the breakfast area. No varieties. Just one Mexican breakfast and chips . No fruits only one fruit left . No water .

Staff was very useful and knowledgeable.

Only one elevator for a house full of cheer squads. Had to pay for parking but my vehicle would not fit into the parking garage.

I attended an event at the neighboring convention center, and the hotel has a skywalk to it. This was super convenient. The free breakfast wasn't too bad either.

Major accessibility issues. I DO NOT recommend this hotel if you have mobility issues or do not have a smartphone. The door to the convention center skywalk requires going up steep steps. There's a wheelchair elevator, but I avoided it, because it's small and doesn't look safe. Keep this under consideration if you use a wheelchair or have to wheel carts to the convention center. Instead of keycards, all the doors require a scanning a document on Apple Wallet using your smartphone, which was a big hassle, especially as the hotel's system did not send me my documents when it should have, and I had to get customer service's help. The scanners sometimes had trouble seeing my phone's screen. I have no idea how you would access your room if you don't have a smartphone. While the breakfast was not bad, there was no variety at all. Your only choices are cereal, a burrito with bacon, or a burrito without bacon. I would have loved the burritos if not for the peppers.

Excellent egg cheese ham croissant for breakfast.The woman behind the desk helped us with all the QR code business- tricky for us oldsters.The view from the 11 floor was stunning at sunrise.

Navigating the parking - after paying for it - was tricky for us first timers.

Rooms were huge. But atmosphere seemed “cold” and not warm (cement like floor)…not my style

The bed was so comfy. The view was amazing. The staff was sweet and attentive. And the breakfast was also delicious.

Only issue I could see would elderly people and handicap people having trouble with the walk from the parking garage. Also, once you get into the hotel you have to go down a small flight of stairs.But I did see that if you were handicap, they would help you.

The location inside the Oregon District is so convenient. I liked the decor of the room.

I think it was overpriced for a pretty normal hotel room. Make sure if you plan to park in the garage, you check in first. They can't comp your parking after you've already parked there. It would have been nice if they had let me know that ahead of time.

The bed was so comfortable! The view was stunning from the 12th floor and it was so quiet!
